Mid-Michigan's only Original Hot Yoga Association Member Studio & Bikram/Ghosh Lineage school. Powerfully transformative. In-person & online daily.

A practice. A community. A little more curiosity.

A practice. A community. A little more curiosity.

If you have been meaning to begin—or to come back—this is my invitation.

Ten classes is enough to learn the rhythm. Enough to stop watching the clock. Enough to notice you are breathing differently on the drive home.

The Fall Invitation: 10 Original Hot Yoga classes for $20. Start any time and use up to ten classes through November 25, in person or on livestream. Pre-recorded library access is not included in this offer.

For new students, or for you if you are not a current member and have taken fewer than five classes here in the past 12 months. If you attended classes with the October Invitation, this one is not available to you. If you bought it and did not attend any classes, please check the details—your October pass does not carry over, but you may still be eligible.

Purchase through the end of Sunday, November 8:

Put the world on pause.

There are a thousand things to answer, manage, and think about. Then there are ninety minutes where the job is very simple: listen, breathe, and try the next posture.

You do not have to be flexible. You do not have to be fit. You do not need to know anything before you begin.

The Fall Invitation is 10 Original Hot Yoga classes for $20. If you are new to the studio, or you are returning after a long while, read the eligibility and purchase through Sunday, November 8:

Real people. Not profiles.

Some days, it is not the posture that gets you through the door. It is knowing there is a room where you can arrive exactly as you are. There is room to be new. There is room to come back. There is room to have an imperfect body and an honest day.

The Fall Invitation is open: 10 Original Hot Yoga classes for $20.

For new students, or for you if you are not a current member and have taken fewer than five classes here in the past 12 months. If you attended classes with the October Invitation, this one is not available to you. If you bought it but never came in, please read the details—there may still be room for you.

Purchase through Sunday, November 8. Use up to 10 classes through November 25, in person or on livestream.
