Our individualized approach to healing takes into account the specific physical, mental, and/or emotional patterns you are ready to work on.
For those with a strong desire to heal with the most efficiency and a personally -tailored approach, we recommend one or two private consultation lessons during your first month of practice.
We use a personally-tailored combination of the Bikram Yoga method, Ghosh Yoga approaches, concentration training, breathing exercises, and specialized strength & balance training.
