A five-session live online course with Ann Chrapkiewicz. Explore “breathing always normal, according to the posture” through anatomy, reading, and the Original Hot Yoga you practice and teach.
Prerequisites: at least 20 completed Original Hot Yoga classes, plus curiosity, interest and dedication. You do not need yoga teacher training, Bikram / Original Hot Yoga teacher certification or a prior anatomy course. Relatively new practitioners are welcome once they have completed the 20 classes. The first cohort is designed for 6–10 participants, capped at 10.

Included in-person practice weekend
Bring the study into the hot room with an in-person practice weekend, Thursday, April 15 through Sunday, April 18, 2027, following our final Zoom meeting on April 14.
The practice weekend is included in your course tuition. Daily practice times and weekend details will be shared as they are finalized.
Tuition and what is included
$635 regular / $575 early bird. Early bird requires full payment by December 10, 2026. Regular payment and registration are due January 10, 2027. All dates are Eastern.
Includes the April 15–18, 2027 in-person practice weekend, unlimited livestream access through April 18, 2027 ($260 value), six months of access to the Anatomy of Breathing focused video courses, a comprehensive workbook developed together during the course, and an OHY posture chart showing what “breathing always normal according to the posture” looks like.
Designed for 13.5 OHYA continuing-education contact hours, including 7.5 hours explicitly devoted to anatomy; subject to Original Hot Yoga Association approval.
Livestream membership: February 10–April 18, 2027. Focused-video access: February 10–August 10, 2027.
Five 90-minute anatomy Zoom meetings and four designated 90-minute OHY class-study units total 13.5 course-session hours. Unlimited livestream membership is not limited to the four study classes. Reading, coloring and questions connect anatomy directly to practice and teaching; Meeting 4 covers muscles of expiration.
The required print copy of Anatomy of Breathing is purchased separately. Plan to have it in hand by January 27, 2027, and absolutely no later than February 3, 2027.
OHYA approval, completion/observation pathways and cancellation/refund/replay terms remain to be confirmed. Enrollment and payment are not open.
