All of our beginners’ classes follow the traditional 26+2 yoga method and system, proven to relieve pain, help with injury and illness, maximize athletic performance, and improve overall wellbeing.
Nearly all of our classes follow the traditional and most beneficial 90-minute format. We also offer a 60-minute version 3 days per week, for those who need to fit yoga into a busy day.
Once a regular, consistent, disciplined beginners’ practice has been established for at least 1-2 years, we invite students to practice intermediate and advanced courses of study and additional posture sequences in the Ghosh lineage. Please contact us if you are interested in advancing levels of practice.
