Spots are limited to 23 so we strongly suggest pre-booking as we have lots of out-of-town yoga buddies visiting us on these wonderful holiday weekends.

Classes are limited to 23 people, and we WANT YOU to get into the classes YOU WANT! So.....take a look at the http://www.yogaismedicine.com/schedule page and reserve your sessions!

We actually have EXTRA classes for you throughout the WEDNESDAY Thanksgiving Eve through SUNDAY, so that we can accommodate everyone's healthy practices and commitments.

If you arrive without a booking and class is fully booked, we will release any no-show bookings at FIVE MINUTES prior to class. This also means that if you book and are not in the lobby 5 minutes early, we will release your spot to those waiting.
