This Yoga Therapeutics workshop is geared towards all levels of practitioners who want to work pain free in their practice and teachers who want to understand how to better address their students’ needs. Based around the 26+2 class, we will explore the difference between therapeutic exercise and asana. Learn how to work with bigger bodies, restless minds, injuries and common issues preventing vibrant living.
