We actually have EXTRA classes for you throughout the WEDNESDAY Thanksgiving Eve through SUNDAY, so that we can accommodate everyone's healthy practices and commitments.

If you arrive without a booking and class is fully booked, we will release any no-show bookings at FIVE MINUTES prior to class. This also means that if you book and are not in the lobby 5 minutes early, we will release your spot to those waiting.

Oooh this is a big one and it might push some butt

Oooh this is a big one and it might push some buttons, so let me just pose it as a question!

What side effects are we willing to tolerate to get what we want for our health and well-being?

This is a huge conversation to have with yourself and amongst trusted supporters, and I am not suggesting everyone throw out their entire medicine cabinet all at once. You might NEED certain medications, and that is perfectly wonderful. You might need a surgery that is unavoidable. That is life, and we absolutely acknowledge and support that.

At the same time, we in this yoga lineage have a century of global knowledge, and hundreds of thousands of testimonials, demonstrating that a great many of these things ARE AVOIDABLE.

It is up to each of us to sort that out for our own conditions.

I can't TELL YOU how it's gonna be for you.

Although I will speak and share until my last moments on earth that EVERYONE who practices consistently has SOME resolution of their chronic health issues, and often complete resolution.

Would you prefer to try to find out - and FEEL AMAZING in the process ? Or would you prefer to just throw up your hands and let the harsh world of mainstream interventions decide for you?

Sadly, the mainstream interventions are both culturally accepted AND subsidized. So I get that this is a challenge for most of us.

And another area of challenge is psychological. The answers to these questions are not always pleasant for us to look at.

Which is why we NEED an empowering supportive positive community to help us when we don't like the things we initially see in the mirror.
